SUPPLY TEAM MEETING
Challenge: Bean was asked to help roll out to the Worldwide Supply Team, an organizational transformation intended to accelerate the pace of change within the company.
Solution: We produced a team meeting that rivaled any they had ever experienced, incorporating many creative elements that inspired and moved the Supply Team leaders. We also produced and distributed a "first ever" post-meeting communications package that reinforced the key messages and brought the learning experience to an even wider audience.
NATIONAL SALES MEETING
Challenge: A major privately held company on the brink of going under and still reeling from a recent round of severe personnel cuts was recently purchased by investors. Our task was to introduce the new management team to a demoralized, suspicious audience of top managers.
Solution: We created a themed, live meeting announcing strategic objectives and showcasing the personality of the new team which set the stage for every meeting thereafter. It was uniformly hailed as the best sales meeting in the company's history, and the turnaround was underway.
Challenge: After having recently gone public, our client wanted to make a lasting and powerful impression upon the analyst community at the annual Consumer Analyst Conference.
Solution: Bean designed and created a unique and unprecedented experiential event that replicated the inside of the company's headquarters "The Hollow Tree" allowing analysts to truly experience the new company culture. And the stock price was up 9 points soon thereafter.
NATIONAL SALES MEETING
Challenge: After years of complex integration, 2004 was the year that Kellogg's Snacks was finally destined to stabilize and deliver. However, the organization hit some turbulence a month before their national meeting when it was announced that the division headquarters would be relocated. Morale took a momentary dip. Attendees arrived at the meeting unsure of the road ahead.
Solution: The Bean Team produced a meeting experience that revolved around the President's strategic vision. Beginning with a teambuilding activity, the rest of the meeting (including all presentations and breakouts) reinforced the theme. We also created a series of "best practice" video profiles, which illustrated groundbreaking organization-wide partnership and success stories presented in high definition panoramic widescreen. The atmosphere was electric. Morale soared. Attendees literally roared out of the room on the final day. The entire group was energized, motivated and inspired and Bean had once again set a new standard for creativity and flawless execution.
Challenge: To transform a ho-hum conference room into a place that showcases the Keebler Brand.
Solution: The Bean Team designed and built an environment that brings the Keebler Story to life. Opening the door to the new conference room puts you smack dab inside the Hollow Tree. A warm and inviting spot where amidst the aroma of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, the elves are busy conjuring up delicious recipes and scrumptious new products!
